Free first class trip with my $$
It's interesting how finding some guy who may be the killer of JonBenet Ramsey makes headline news, while the killings of tens of Iraqis have become so common (daily) they are second rank news.
However, the point of this venting is that today prosecutors dropped these murder charges against John M. Karr because his DNA did not match the one found on the crime scene. OK...that happens, but why in the hell was he flown here immediately from Thailand, on a commercial plan, in first class??? Why couldn't they do the DNA testing while he was in custody in Thailand? Think of the thousands of tax-payers' dollars wasted: several agents and J.K. flying first class - I doubt they searched for the best deal on Hotwire. First slap in my face was seeing this J.K. guy sipping champagne while flying here to, possibly, get fried. And the second one was that, apparently, prosecutors fucked up and brought in the wrong guy! Who is responsible for my damn money? If they fucked up, I think those moron prosecutors should pay all those expenses from their tax-payer paid salaries!
