I have no idea who Kelly is, nor do I know who her mom (who took the photo) is. I just ran across it browsing flickr. I'm sure they're nice girls.
But... I am not sure I comprehend the idea that parents might actually encourage their daughters to dress this way - at this age.

I don't mind the picture itself; they're just "playing" Charlie's Angels. ;)
Something about the fact that it was posted on flickr is a bit disturbing, because underage girls showing midriff makes it feel a little voyeristic (which I do not think is an actual or properly spelled word).

search for "proud daddy 99" on flickr and you'll find porn photos. Not eros, porn.
As far as this, i reall think the kids are just playing Charlie's Angles.
